End of Life Care

As a Death Doula, I am supporting a person and their beloved ones through the significant experience of sickness, dying and bereavement. My main goal is to support the individual in their emotional and spiritual wellbeing.

Trying to make sense of what is happening and what will happen, being shaken up by the fear of loss, noticing loneliness, just needing a break and time to reflect or grieving the loss of a beloved person are common experiences during this time. We might need help on an organizational level planning the funeral, writing a will etc. You will receive respectful organizational and emotional help.

You and or your loved one will be individually supported in respect of your needs, situation and worldview. That’s why we would have a conversation first to understand more what your needs and unique situation are and what I can offer accordingly. Examples of the services provided are:

  • Active listening, making meaning and reflecting
  • Grief and bereavement support
  • Legacy Work (Finding creative ways to honor the person after they’ve died)
  • Helping to formulate your will, providing education and guidance
  • Helping with the wake, vigil
  • Complementary Therapies (Art and Sound Therapy, Reiki, Yoga as Therapy)

Services are provided at home and if wanted off-site.

Feel welcome to arrange a non-binding and free meeting today, in which further details can be discussed and we can have a conversation first to understand more what your needs and unique situation are and what I can offer accordingly

As a guideline:

  • 1x 60min: 40€
  • package of 4 sessions: 120€

Sliding scale available, please get in contact and we will find a way to support you best.

“Stefanie creates an atmosphere of open curiosity that makes it possible to even explore sensitive topics such as grief and death with depth, honesty and light-heartedness.”

Paul McNamee

“The death cafe with Stefanie was a meaningful experience. I felt held by her gentle and attentive facilitation. I truly enjoyed listening to other people’s shares, and although themes were very deep, the conversation flew light and natural. It was enriching and I look forward to attending more.”
