Grief Support

There are many different types of grief. It can be the grief related to the people we’ve lost, a miscarriage, the ending of a relationship, regrets we hold, ecological grief or the loss of our world or identity we felt so familiar and so many more… If it is grief related to loss or change that has happened a long time ago or just recently, all of these different types of grief are welcome and important.

It’s okay to „not be okay“. Sometimes your life has exploded into a million little pieces. All these little pieces of losses and all the small or big changes internally and externally that they bring with themselves.

The grief of these losses can feel like a huge range of emotions or you might not be feeling much at all. It can be challenging to open up to these human experiences – as we have the tendencies to just store it within us, to burry it and to just try to get on.

The medicine to grief is grieving. Tending to grief allows us to be vulnerable and to not avoid the uncomfortableness. When we do tend to grief, we make space and are ultimately honoring and allowing ourself to be more whole and joyful.

Individual grief and bereavement support

Grief can often feel like walking through a wild unknown and raw landscape. It touches and influences our whole system from our body, to our mind, feelings, belief systems and energy.

I offer grief support one to one in person and online in a holistic way, which is a person centre approach that includes the whole being (your physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual wellbeing) and which respects your unique life circumstances and approaches.

Group offerings:

Often the time of loss and grief and feel very isolating. It might feel difficult to relate to our normal activities and others.

Semi-therapeutic grief groups are there as intentional spaces to be together, to tend to our grief, to share, to connect and to be witnessed without the trying to fix anything. They are heartfelt spaces for us to come together just as we are.

One to one support

My sister died in January 2025 after a long time dealing with cancer. Stefanie did a grounding exercise with me and i felt very safe and held. She invited me to share images of the past and the future about my sister. I felt such openness, love and compassion for my self and for my sister after the session. She helped me to understand my guilt, my commitments to others and to myself.  She encouraged me to connect with myself and this helped me to reduce my pain and loss and to live my life with joy as my sister did. I felt cradled, or swalled my grief held and listened to, my soul healed.”

“It was a very unique and beautiful experience. Stefanie has a very compassionate and calm way of creating, opening and holding space where people feel guided and safe to talk and share about their very personal experiences of the sensitive topic of Death and Change. I loved that we all had the time and opportunity to share what was dear to us, without feeling pressured or uncomfortable. Thank you Stefanie, for creating such beautiful spaces for these intimate topics. It was such beautiful guidance! I will join again for sure!“
