Art Therapy
Expression Art Therapy is a creative approach to get in touch with ourselves and to help us address internal conflicts and to develop new perceptions. It combines elements of Art Therapy with mindfulness practices.
It is giving us space for insight, the development of new perspectives and positive change, the resolving of internal conflicts and the reconnection to our own creativity and intuition.
No experience is needed. If you have never painted before or many times, we are all able to express.
In the painting process all the senses, including the mind and intuition are involved. We will come across all kinds of situations: experiencing our intuition and playfulness, coming across limitations, challenging situations, understanding ourselves and the meaning of the process and the picture.
The drawings, paintings and other art expressions that are created are helpful in communicating issues, emotions, and conflicts.
Art Therapy sessions are held one-to-one and in small groups.

“Stefanie, is one of those incredible ladies who can listen and actually hears you. She can reach out her support and care without needing to talk, however when she does her words are filled with palpable goodness.”
Patrick Dillane
”Stefanie’s art therapy provides a creative, accepting space free of judgement. Emotions, thoughts and ideas can safely rise to the surface. You don’t need artistic skills to do art therapy. Simple stick figure or even just a few brushstrokes can make something visible. Stefanie gives technical advice and cautions recommendations where needed and introduces different types of paint. She asks good questions and is a great listener. It’s a joy to be experimenting with a wide range of colours and see what happens.”
