The treatment is a space for you to fully relax and unwind. I combine Reiki (Rei = universal, Ki = energy) with holistic spiritual practices to help release tension and clear blockages within your energy pathways. This gentle work supports balance and invites a state of calm awareness, helping you connect with what is present for you on a physical, emotional, and energetic level.

The session consists of a guided relaxation. Then I will be placing my hands respectfully in a series of positions on the body. You will keep your clothes on for the duration of the treatment. At the end there will be a feedback conversation. The session takes around one hour.

I also teach Reiki 1&2 (certified) to those who wish to learn more and practice Reiki themselves.
