The treatment is your time to relax and rest. Reiki helps to release tension and blockages that we have in our energy channels, balances, and energizes. It brings about a state of relaxed awareness that help us to understand what is present for us on a physical, emotional and energetic level.

The session consists of a guided relaxation. Then I will be placing my hands respectfully in a series of positions on the body. You will keep your clothes on for the duration of the treatment. At the end there will be a feedback conversation. The session takes around one hour.

I also teach Reiki 1&2 (certified) to those who wish to learn more and practice Reiki themselves.
